Sitaram Geddam - Founder & CEO

Sitaram started his career in Supply Chain Management at Johnson & Johnson, Somerset, NJ as a distribution analyst. In 1995 he joined the SCM division at BDM International, which was later acquired by TRW, Inc. Shortly after the acquisition, he founded eBizNET and started operations at Hyderabad primarily to provide WMS Implementation services for clients in the Asia-Pacific region. Since then, as CEO of eBizNET, he has been instrumental in the growth of the company. He is the chief architect and driving force behind the development of the eBizNET Supply Chain Suite and heralded for his use of the latest technologies, implementation, and software development process for SCM and e-Commerce applications. He has been working with Tier 1 SCE products for more than twelve years and has been involved in successful implementation of over twenty projects involving several Fortune 500 companies. He has played a key role in integrating the SCE products with ERP systems such as SAP AR/AP, Oracle E-Business Suite, and i2 Transportation Systems.

Sitaram holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with a concentration in MIS, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. He has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Abhay Edlabadkar - Senior Advisor

As Senior Advisor, Abhay Edlabadkar guides and advises eBizNET on its company’s strategic direction, planning & execution.

Abhay has a depth of knowledge in Global finance and M&A, general management & technology development. Most recently, Abhay led corporate business development, strategic planning and global M&A activities in North America, Europe and Asia. He was also the President of Pacific Rare Specialty Metals & Chemicals Company, located in the Philippines, where he led a successful post acquisition restructuring, turnaround and integration program, making PRM once again into a highly profitable global leader in its industry. He also serves on boards of private companies.

Abhay has worked in senior leadership roles with Lucent Technologies, Agere Systems and TriQuint Semiconductors, where he was responsible for all aspects of semiconductors manufacturing/operations including production & supply chain management, procurement, IT systems, technology development, process engineering, R&D and quality across several product lines and material systems and managed multiple wafer fabrication/packaging units in the USA. Abhay has also led significant management consulting assignments in operations excellence, strategy & automation and advised leaders at many Fortune 500 companies.

Abhay is a MBA in Finance & Economics from Columbia University, a Masters in Engineering (Automation/Robotics) from Texas A&M University and carries a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.

Harry Lagad - Director

With a career spanning over 25 years in Business Management, Harry Lagad, is an astute business leader, who has successfully headed Supply Chain functions, Manufacturing, Sales , Business Development and General Management portfolios across a variety of industry verticals, from Third Party Logistics, Plastics, Photographic Goods, Engineering, Sporting Goods, Footwear and Clothing, Consumer Electronics, Telecom and Timber. His work has carried him across almost all continents, with various stints in India, Russia, Europe, South East Asia, Australia and currently USA. He has worked with such astute organizations as Nokia, Intercraft Australia, Pacific Brands (Pacific Dunlop Australia), Tech Pacific (Ingram Micro Austra-Asia), TNT Logistics etc. Harry has also served in the Electronic Engineering area of the Indian Navy.

During his management tenure, Harry has not only managed large scale operations, but has also designed and developed world class solutions which have been published as global case studies due to the nature of complexity of its design and delivery. Harry’s last assignment was as President, Integrated Supply Chain Solutions, Business Unit of Brightstar Corp, Miami, Florida, USA. As President, Brightstar Corp, Harry was charged with developing and growing a US $400 million vertical globally, which is recognized in designing and providing some of the most complex supply chain solutions to global market leaders in the Converged Technology sector.

Harry is well recognized within the Supply Chain industry globally and was recently chosen amongst the Top 100 Supply Chain Professionals in Asia Pacific. He travels and lectures extensively on Supply Chain and Leadership. Having served on various boards, Harry is currently on the board of Gati Ltd, India’s largest Logistics & Transport organization, an Executive Council Member on the Advisory Board of Supply Chain Asia, a member of Logistics Management Institute of Australia and has been a past secretary of Lions Club, International, India Chapter. Harry is married, with two children and keeps a keen interest in Writing, Sailing and other activities when time permits. James FitzGibbons

Mr. James FitzGibbons, the CFO of Aptean, as member of the eBizNET BOD brings more than two decades of senior management and accounting experience, including 15 years in the software and services industry.

Prior to joining Aptean, Mr. FitzGibbons spent four years at Ventyx, an ABB company. As Ventyx’s Chief Financial Officer, he was responsible for all finance and IT functions. His many achievements include the successful integration of Ventyx into ABB and the $200 million acquisition of a global software company.

Mr. FitzGibbons has also served in executive-level finance roles at CDC Corporation, NDCHealth, McKesson Information Solutions and Per-Se Technologies.

After graduating cum laude from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science, Accounting, Mr. FitzGibbons joined Arthur Andersen as an auditor where he also earned his CPA designation

G. Srinivas Naidu - Executive Director

Srinivas holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Marshall University, WV and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University. He is actively involved in managing the day-to-day operations of eBizNET in Hyderabad. He is also responsible for all financial management at eBizNET. He has over 12 years of experience in distribution and manufacturing operations for multi-national companies like Novartis and has been involved in implementations of financial and accounting systems.
