Sitaram Geddam - Founder, Chairman & CTO
In 1998, Sitaram founded the Company to provide WMS consulting and implementation services for large clients in the Asia-Pacific region. He is the visionary and the architect behind eBizNET, and he has garnered accolades from clients and industry experts alike. Sitaram has worked with Tier 1 SCE solutions for more than 20 years and has been successful in designing and implementing complex global supply chain solutions at numerous Fortune 500 companies. Before founding eBizNET, Sitaram was in the SCM division at BDM International, which was acquired by TRW, Inc. Sitaram started his career in supply chain management at Johnson & Johnson.
Sitaram holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering with a concentration in MIS, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, NY. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Abhay Edlabadkar - CEO & President
Abhay is responsible for the Company’s strategic direction, planning, and execution. Along with Sitaram, he shares responsibility for eBizNET’s day-to-day operations. Abhay has over 20 years of experience at various companies where he led operations, strategy, and M&A activities for global organizations in North America, Europe, and Asia.
At II-VI Inc., Abhay was responsible for overall strategy and M&A activities. He was also the President of Pacific Rare Specialty Metals & Chemicals Company, where he led a successful post-acquisition restructuring and turnaround program to successfully turn the firm into a highly profitable global leader in its industry. Abhay has worked in senior leadership roles with Lucent Technologies (including Bell Laboratories), Agere Systems and TriQuint Semiconductors, where he led several semiconductors and optoelectronics product businesses focused on the telecom industry.
Abhay has an MBA (Finance/Economics) from Columbia University, a Masters in Engineering (Automation/Robotics) from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India.
Sundar R G – Vice President & Head of India Operations
Sundar is responsible for setting the strategic roadmap for the eBizNET product evolution in addition to heading the product-based managed services and sales / pre-sales / partnerships for the organization. He is also involved with managing key client relationships.
Sundar has over 20 years of senior leadership experience in supply chain operations and consulting at several global companies. Prior to joining eBizNET, Sundar was the Global Head of the Supply Chain and Warehousing Solutions Group at Satyam Computer Services Ltd (now Mahindra Satyam) and provided business and IT consulting solutions for clients’ logistics requirements. Before Satyam, Sundar headed the supply chain operations for APAC region for the world’s biggest sewing thread maker, Coats Ltd., based at Indonesia. Prior to Coats, he was responsible for supply chain planning and logistics for a low cost global manufacturer for customers based in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.
Sundar graduated from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta with a specialization in Operations Management and Supply Chain and also holds a Bachelor’s of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Augustus Donnell – Vice President, Sales & Account Management
Gus is responsible for sales, account management, and partnerships in North America and Europe. He also manages multiple large strategic customer projects and relationships and works closely with the project teams to deliver a solution that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Gus has deep domain knowledge and skills in operations management, resource planning and management, contract management, and project financial control.
Gus has over 30 years of experience in operations management, engineering IT systems, global supply chains, quality and reliability, and customer satisfaction at AT&T (including Bell Laboratories), Lucent Technologies and Agere Systems. At AT&T, Gus played a leadership role in winning both the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and the Deming Prize.
Gus has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Physics and a Master’s in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. He has also completed coursework for the PhD program in Operations Management at the University of Houston. He has been a contributing author for numerous technical publications and has co-authored the book “Analyzing Business Process Data: The Looking Glass”.
Ratnakar Gore – Vice President, Development & Implementation Services
Ratnakar leads the product development and global delivery of eBizNET. He is also one of the key architects behind the eBizNET platform and has been responsible for designing and developing several of its modules and features.
Ratnakar has over 20 years of experience in technology, software consulting and product development at several global companies. Prior to joining eBizNET, he was the Global Head of the Logistics Practice at Satyam Computer Services Ltd (now Mahindra Satyam), and led the global operations in the areas of transportation and warehouse management. He led the offshore development center of Global Logistics Technologies, Inc. ("G-Log”), the leading transportation management solution, which was acquired by Oracle and re-branded Oracle Transportation Management. Prior to Satyam, Ratnakar was a Vice President, Technology for a retail banking products company. In the past, he has also been a part of the core design team responsible for building a state of the art container handling solution, which is now used by many leading ports.
Ratnakar has an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad with a specialization in Strategy and Leadership and B.E. in Computer Technology from Shivaji University.
GSR Prasad – Vice President - Corporate Services
Prasad has over 18 years of experience in Computer hardware and software industry in the areas of Human resources, Sales and Sales management, accounts, contracts, legal, QA, procurement and General administration. He is associated with eBizNET right from the inception and has served the company in different roles. As a VP Corporate services, he is responsible for HR and Finance administration, customer contracts, vendor management, corporate liaison and procurement activities.
Prior to joining eBizNET, he worked as Territory Manager with ‘Odin Computers Ltd.’ then largest APPLE distributor in India. In addition he worked in sales management positions with ‘Sterling Computers Ltd.’ started by C. Sivasankaran, a serial entrepreneur who has a net worth of more than $4bn now.
Prasad has done his Masters in ‘Commerce’ from Andhra University in 1989 and another Masters in ‘Business Administration’ from Nagarjuna University, in 1992.
